Michelin calling
At a star-studded event in London on Monday October 2nd the Michelin stars were announced for the year for the UK and Ireland. It's always a nail biter so we were delighted to retain our two star status. It was also wonderful to see the Wild Honey Inn in Clare become the first pub in Ireland to receive a star. It's all good.
