Our celebration menu
In celebration of our 30th anniversary, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud has launched a new-style menu. A stylish and slender black number, our fixed-price à la carte offers a number of options to suit all appetites. It also includes a very special new 4 course tasting menu, a surprise menu which will be created exclusively for you by executive head chef Guillaume Lebrun who is also celebrating his 30th year at Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.
Dishes on our winter menu include seasonal delights such as Pheasant Tourte, Roast Red Deer and Open Chestnut Ravioli with Pumpkin Mousseline.
