Confirmations & Cancellations
In order not to disappoint, we operate a confirmation and cancellation policy. Firstly, a credit card number is required to secure all bookings. Secondly, because we do not take credit card details online, we follow up all online requests with a call or email to note your card number and secure your booking.
Finally, we reconfirm all bookings the week prior to a reservation so if we are unable to reach you, we ask that you call or email to confirm. Without confirmation, we unfortunately will have to cancel the booking. Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations at its discretion.
