Confirmations & Cancellations
Every online reservation will receive a return email acknowledging your booking. Until you have received an email booking confirmation from us please do not assume that the booking has been secured. If you do not receive this confirmation please check your Junk folder before contacting us.
In order not to disappoint, we operate a re-confirmation and cancellation policy for all reservations. We will attempt to reconfirm all bookings 3 to 4 days prior to the reservation date. So if we are unable to reach you, we ask that you call or email us to confirm. Without such confirmation from you, we unfortunately may have to cancel the booking.
