1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1 Availability of product

Our products and prices are valid as long as they remain visible on the restaurantpatrickguilbaud.com web site (The Site). If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you of such unavailability by email as soon as possible. You will then be presented with the choice to order an alternative product from the site or to cancel your order. Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud shall not be liable if products are out of stock or unavailable for orders. Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud reserves the right to change the products offered on the site at any time and without any prior notice.

Please note our Voucher Policy: Vouchers have no expiry and are always honoured when presented. As such they carry a cash value and if lost they cannot be reissued.

2. Ordering Procedure

2.1 Selecting products

You may at any time add products to your selection by clicking on “Add to Cart”, and choose to complete your order or continue shopping. The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of all transactions made between Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud and its customers.

2.2 Order

You will be required to enter the delivery details needed to ship your order successfully: shipping country, title, surname, first name, phone number and delivery address.

2.3 Confirmation of payment method and payment of order

You may use your delivery address as your billing address or enter a different address. You will then be prompted to select a payment method and enter the relevant information.

2.4 Confirming the order

You will subsequently receive an order summary by email. The acknowledgement of receipt will mention the total amount of the order, details of the shipping and the quantity and price and of the products purchased.

3. Price – Methods of Payment Accepted

3.1 Price

The prices of the products are in EUROS. Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud reserves the right to amend the prices of the products on the Site at any time and without any prior notice. Products are invoiced on the basis of a price list posted on the site at the time of your order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at this time. All orders must be paid for immediately at the time of ordering.

3.2 Methods of payment accepted

We accept payment by PayPal and the following credit cards and debit cards: MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Laser.

4. Title Retention

The Products ordered remain the property of Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud until full payment for the products has been received by Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.
However, you assume the risks (in particular regarding loss, theft or damage) relating to the delivered products from the moment they are delivered to the address specified when placing your order.

5. Shipping

5.1 Delivery

Products purchased on the site can only be shipped to a postal address.
For security reasons, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, or a Cedex address has been provided. The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order.
Glassware is fulfilled separately and therefore will arrive separately to other items purchased.
At present, books, designer teaspoons and glassware can only be shipped to Ireland, the UK, Europe & North America directly from the online store. Purchase and postage for orders outside these territories can be arranged by contacting the restaurant directly.
Presentation plates are available for purchase on the site but not for shipment. They are available for collection post purchase from the restaurant.

5.2 Shipping costs

Shipping is charged in accordance with An Post postal rates for books and teaspoons. The glassware is shipped by Fastway in Ireland and DHL for Europe, USA and Canada. For countries outside these jurisdictions, DHL is used and shipping is priced on an individual basis.

5.3 Delivery times & multiple shipments

Each item is fulfilled separately and therefore will be delivered separately for multiple shipments.
Allow 10 days delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

In the event the product does not comply with your order, you may ask for a refund of the product(s) purchased. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging together with their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return. You must return the products to us within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of delivery.

7. Refunds

The cost of the product(s) will be refunded within seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt. You will be sent a confirmation email. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used when paying for the order. Please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to issue a refund to your card, depending on processing times. This may vary among card issuers; we have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.

8. Security and personal data

1) We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
2) You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the Irish Data Protection Act 1988.

8.1 Limitation of liability

Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other indirect losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the restaurantpatrickguilbaud.com website.
