After a tricky start to the year it is so good to be back doing what we do best – delivering exceptional dining experiences. One of our dishes on the à la carte, which is both delicious and popular in equal measure, is the Fillet of Irish Beef with Roast Foie Gras, Madeira and Truffle Jus.
