When you experience the perfect match between food and wine, it brings a whole new dimension to a dining occasion. Finding those combinations is an exact science. Each of our sommeliers has an encyclopaedic knowledge, trained palate and passion which ensures every wine is served exactly as the winemaker intended. Our bespoke glassware has been designed to suit the development of each varietal.

It has taken 35 years to build the restaurant’s cellar, which now contains over 30,000 bottles from all over the world. Some vintages are very rare and, because we are not guided by the market, a good wine can be worth up to ten times its listed price.
