Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year 2023

Our very talented chef de partie, Matthias Beuque, is taking part in the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year 2023 at the InterContinental Dublin Hotel, on Sunday October 8th. He is one of six finalists in this prestigious competition all of whom will create their final dishes for the esteemed panel of judges on the night. Wishing Matthias and his fellow finalists – Leticia Miranda, Conor Morrissey, Adam Walsh, Marcell Palfalusi and Shauna Murphy the very best of  luck.
