Haute cuisine meets Grand Cru
Patrick Guilbaud recently joined world renowned chefs Mike McEnearney, Daniel Clifford, Pedro Escobar, Vicky Cheng and Alessandro Pavoni on Nespresso’s The Choices we Make expedition to Columbia. The varieties that make up Nespresso’s “Pure Origin” Espresso, which we serve at RPG, are cultivated by small coffee growers in the highest region of the country. The trip, which included visits to farms and community mills where the chefs met with farmers and were taken through the impressive bean to cup experience, reaffirmed our decision to choose Nespresso Grand Cru for our customers.
