Two Michelin stars retained

At a glittering event in London’s exclusive Hurlingham Club yesterday, Ireland went stellar! We were thrilled to retain our two precious Michelin stars and equally thrilled to see The Greenhouse and Aimsir Restaurant awarded two stars a piece. While Bastion Kinsale, The Muddlers Club, Variety Jones and The Oak Room at Adare Manor were all awarded Michelin stars. It was a wonderful day for Irish cuisine.
